Arron Lindsay: Arron Lindsay, age 28 from Fife, Scotland. Graduated as an Illustrator from Duncan of Jordanstone University of Dundee in 2005. With an artistic family background, he was encouraged to express a talent that was obvious from a very early age. He didn’t set out to focus on, or create artwork in a particular form. His loose style - experimenting with a very unique format of dripping ink on paper and using his fingertips combined with paint brushes to create tonal depth - was admired at his degree show, which encouraged him to progress and experiment further with this medium. Over recent years, these ink drawings have been exhibited at a number of galleries, also Art at Aberdeen Airport, and, very successfully at the prestigious Glasgow Art Fair, this year for the fifth year in a row. Along with ink drawing, Arron is also passionate about digital art, and has produced illustrations for The Times newspaper, Timeout Magazine and Qatar Airlines in-flight magazine amongst others. He continues to produce intriguing work in various media with a style heavily influenced by music, street art and urban culture.
